- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
- Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date; expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
- Redeemable from 25th December 2025

- Vouchers may be redeemed against accommodation stays at Bowland Escapes and cannot be used for third-party services or external bookings.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
- No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction; unused amounts remain on the voucher balance.

- Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Bowland Escapes accepts no liability for unauthorised use of a voucher.

- If the cost of a stay exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid at the time of booking.
- Voucher value applies against the price at the time of booking, not at the time of purchase.

- Bowland Escapes reserves the right to amend voucher terms and conditions at any time without notice.

- Vouchers can be redeemed online at www.BowlandEscapes.co.uk either for the full value of the booking or as part payment if the booking value is higher.
- Any unused balance will remain on the voucher and can be used in a future transaction within the voucher’s validity period.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking; they cannot be applied retrospectively.

- Voucher use may be restricted during peak dates, bank holidays, or special event periods.

- Bookings made using a voucher follow Bowland Escapes’ standard cancellation policy.
- If a booking is cancelled by the guest, the voucher may not be reissued.
